Branded Executive Resume: As an executive or senior-level manager, you have multiple career accomplishments and in-depth expertise in several areas. In order to promote yourself, your resume must “brand” you. It must show the unique value you bring to a company or organization. What makes you different? What immediate impact will you make in a new position? What are your relevant areas of expertise? How do you describe your leadership style? What do others think of when they think of your value?

Branded Resume Fees: BWCR will create a powerful, targeted document that gets the attention of decision makers. Your fee includes a phone consultation with Betty to determine the best strategy for your resume and to identify your unique value. After the consultation, she will e-mail you some questions to gather additional information. All work can be done via e-mail and phone. Fees to compose or rewrite branded executive and senior-level manager resumes range from $800 to $1500. They are based on the level of complexity of the project. If you want more than one version of your resume in terms of focus, there will be an additional charge. Your resume drafts will be emailed to you in Microsoft Word format and you will receive your final resume in Word, PDF, and text-only formats.

Executive Networking Resume: A one-page networking resume that sums up the highlights of your qualifications can be useful as a handout at networking meetings, interviews with networking contacts, and other times when a full resume is not appropriate. The fee is $250 if ordered with your resume.

Executive Profile: Use these one-to-two page narratives in business proposals and marketing packages, as supplementary information when applying for positions on boards of directors and as background information for speaking engagements. The fee ranges from $250 to $350 if ordered with your resume and $400 to $500 if BWCR has not developed your resume.

Mini Bios for Internet Sites: Savvy executives and senior-level managers know how to market themselves and network via business sites such as LinkedIn. BWCR can prepare a mini bio for these sites. The fee is $150 if ordered with your resume and $200 if ordered later. Fees are higher for those whose resume was not written by BWCR.

Cover Letter Package: The package includes three strategically written cover letter versions that you can use as templates for creating targeted letters: one for responding to advertisements for openings, one to be sent directly to companies in which you are interested, and one for targeting recruiters in your industry. The fee for the package is $300. Order it when you order your resume, and you will receive a 10% discount.

Targeted Cover Letters: Letters targeted toward specific employers are very effective. The fee for a targeted cover letter is $250.

Networking Letters: Networking remains the most effective way to find a new position, and networking letters are crucial to the job search. The fee for a letter that you will send to your network of contacts is $250.

Recruiter Letters: Letters to recruiters include more personal information than cover letters. The fee is $250.

Thank-You Letters: Thank-you letters after interviews can be the deciding factor. They impress employers, keep you fresh in their minds, and give you an opportunity to provide additional information. The fee for a thank-you letter is $200.

Acceptance, Declining, and Resignation Letters: These letters are another important element of the job search. They range from $150 to $250.

Reference List: Do not include a reference sheet with your resume unless requested, but do take a list of five or six references to your interviews. The fee is $75.

Reference Dossier: The reference dossier is an enhanced reference document. It not only includes the names and contact information for your references but also valuable information about your working relationship with the person. The fee for this document is $125.

Business Profiles: Use a business profile to market your business to potential clients, as a stand-alone document, or as part of a marketing package. The fee for a one-to-two page business profile ranges from $300 to $500.

Interview Coaching: Preparation is crucial to a successful interview. Get the extra confidence you need to excel in those interviews. Coaching can be done in-person or via phone. Topics that can be addressed include answers to typical interview questions, body language, questions to ask the employer, phone interviews, and salary negotiation. The fee is $75 per 30 minutes or less.

Customized Career Distribution Services: Once your resume and a cover letter targeted to recruiters are developed, use our customized career distribution service to send your resume to an unlimited number of retained and contingency recruiters based on your career focus, industry preferences, and salary requirements. A custom-addressed letter will be sent to each recruiter along with your resume from your e-mail address. BWCR is invisible in the process. You will receive a Microsoft Excel file with the address, phone number, and e-mail address of each recipient. You will get maximum coverage at a cost-effective rate.
